Electrolux Group is seeking a Senior Executive for Procure to Pay to manage end-to-end PTP operations in their Bangkok, Thailand finance shared services team. The role involves full-cycle PTP processing, invoice handling, GRIR analysis, and assisting with month-end closing activities.

Ansvarsområden

Manage full-cycle PTP processing, ensuring accurate and timely handling of invoices.
Receive, pre-validate, and scan paper and PDF invoices.
Perform manual and automatic matching of invoices for direct, finished goods, and indirect materials.
Prepare analysis of Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRIR) accounts and investigate discrepancies.
Process travel expense reports, validate receipts, and resolve compliance issues.
Assist in month-end closing activities, reclassifications, adjustments, and report generation.
Handle external and internal queries related to PTP.
Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to ensure smooth PTP operations.
Update work-related trackers and initiate meetings with stakeholders when issues arise.
Ensure invoices are processed according to ECS & compliances and within 3 days of SLA.

Krav

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in PTP processing.
Experience with invoice scanning systems and ERP software (e.g., SAP).
Familiarity with GRIR accounts and reconciliation processes.
Good Thai and English speaking skills.
Strong knowledge of PTP processes and accounting principles.
Proficiency in SAP systems and accounting software.
Analytical skills to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Excellent communication skills for handling queries.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
