In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Site Facility Management
Lead overall administrative operations including housekeeping, facility upkeep
Ensure efficient delivery of integrated facility management services through vendors.Security Management
Oversee site security operations including access control, surveillance, and incident response. Ensure adherence to corporate security protocols and regulatory requirements
Transportation & Travel Management
Manage employee transportation services ensuring safety, efficiency, and vendor compliance. Oversee domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring policy adherence and cost optimization
Food & Welfare Services
Manage canteen and pantry services ensuring quality, hygiene, and employee satisfaction
Oversee daycare centre operations in compliance with statutory and safety standards
Administer employee welfare programs including company cars, uniforms, and mobile plansOccupational Health & Safety Support
Manage the Occupational Health Centre (OHC) including staff, equipment, and compliance
Recreation & Employee Engagement Facilities
Manage recreation facilities including gym, sports areas, and library
Support employee engagement initiatives through facility readiness and coordinationLiaising & External Coordination
Act as primary interface with MWC Industrial Park authorities and local agencies
Ensure regulatory compliance, approvals, and smooth external coordinationLeadership Visits & Event Management
Plan and execute leadership visits including logistics, hospitality, and site readiness
Organize corporate events, townhalls, and employee engagement programsLandscape & Infrastructure Management
Oversee garden and landscape maintenance to ensure a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment
Who You Are:
- You are a proactive and detail-oriented leader with strong organizational capabilities and a passion for creating efficient, employee-centric workplaces. You excel at managing multiple stakeholders, delivering high-quality services, and driving continuous improvement in administrative operations.
For This Role, You Will Need:
Any Bachelor’s degree
Experience in administration/facility management
Experience in managing sites and multiple vendors
Knowledge of statutory compliance related to facility, safety, and welfare
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
