Qualcomm is looking for a Senior Engineer to join a growing team focused on advancing machine learning on device. This role involves designing, developing, and validating software and applications, with a strong emphasis on Python development and QA for ML models. You will work with cutting-edge DNNs and enhance benchmarking and validation infrastructure.

Ansvarsområden

  • Design, develop, create, modify, and validate embedded and cloud-edge software, applications, and/or specialized utility programs.
  • Collaborate with systems, hardware, architecture, and test engineers to design system-level software solutions.
  • Work with the latest DNNs emerging from the research community.
  • Keep pace with fast-moving developments in industry and academia to continuously enhance benchmarking and validation infrastructure.
  • Develop test cases, automate tests, execute test cases, and troubleshoot/analyze issues.
  • Perform Electron-based application testing across multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Expertise in developing test cases, automating tests, executing test cases, and troubleshooting/analyzing issues.
  • Experience in Electron-based application testing across multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
  • Experience with testing frameworks such as Jasmine and Playwright (for Electron JS–based desktop applications).
  • Strong development skills in Python.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning workflows.
  • Experience with at least one machine learning framework such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, presentation, and written).
  • Strong problem-solving, time management, analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member and operate in a self-driven manner.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in software development or test development.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong exposure to software testing methodologies and reporting.
  • Experience with CI tools such as Jenkins and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
