The Sr Engineer for Support & Operations is responsible for maintaining and enhancing Microsoft VDI solutions and Remote Desktop Services. This role involves troubleshooting, client support, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality code and services.

Ansvarsområden

  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing Microsoft VDI solutions and RDSH environments.
  • Resolve bugs and support major/minor enhancements based on client and business requirements.
  • Provide client support by monitoring service requests and resolving tickets.
  • Ensure timely communication of updates and adherence to quality standards for service delivery.
  • Create and maintain documentation for enhancements and compliance with CMMI standards.
  • Offer technical guidance and support to junior developers.

Krav

  • Proficient in Microsoft VDI solutions and RDSH with a strong understanding of related technologies.
  • Familiarity with Touch Services and Video/Telepresence tools.
  • Basic knowledge of software development principles and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client issues effectively.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Optional but valuable certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty.
  • Optional but valuable certifications: ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
