Lead Finance Business Partnering for key divisions, acting as a trusted advisor to EMT members and farmer owners. Drive performance management, milk price governance, and translate sustainability data into business value for the Arla organization.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead Finance Business Partnering across Agriculture, Sustainability & Communication (ASC), Global Trade & Planning (GTP), Marketing & Innovation (M&I), and IT and Corporate Functions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to EMT members and farmer owners, driving performance management and milk price governance.
  • Translate sustainability data into business value and lead senior finance teams.
  • Deliver clear and independent insight into the economics of the Arla milk pool and global dairy markets.
  • Lead the performance management agenda and ensure strong financial support across serviced areas.
  • Partner closely with EMT members and senior leaders to drive strategic agendas and performance.
  • Own and support financial insight related to milk price calculation and execution.
  • Participate in LT’s across functional areas, supporting senior and EMT level decision-making.
  • Translate sustainability, carbon footprint, and farmer data into actionable insight and business value with clear data governance.
  • Drive development and performance within Global Trade & Planning, ensuring strong financial criteria in S&OP and trading decisions.
  • Support and present to Boards, Councils, and farmer forums with financial insight and communication.
  • Be part of the FLT and lead and develop large, multi-disciplinary finance teams, ensuring high standards of finance partnering and people leadership.

Krav

  • 5-10 years of experience as a people manager.
  • Documented results as a strong, relevant, and professional finance partner to the business.
  • Strong focus on motivating and engaging teams to ensure high-quality business partnering and support.
  • Experience in a senior leadership team and motivated by challenging the business.
  • Exceptional communicator who can navigate and influence a global organization.
  • Clear voice and drive for efficient performance management reporting.
  • Experience with complex stakeholder management in a matrix setup.

  • Documented results on your ability to be a strong, relevant and professional finance partner to the business.
  • Driven change using new technologies and AI, leveraging new ways of working (advantageous).
  • Strategic and commercial mindset.
  • Naturally flair for building business cases and translating strategy into decision support across complex, cross-functional areas.
