This Senior Digital Specialist role involves full delivery cycle management for MES/MOM projects, including requirement research, solution design, and implementation guidance. The position also supports pre-sales activities by clarifying customer needs, drafting solutions, and estimating workloads to ensure project deliverability.

Ansvarsområden

  • Establish and optimize a standardized requirement management system using methodologies like business process modeling and value stream analysis.
  • Lead interviews with customer senior management and key users to standardize demands and achieve structured requirement control.
  • Complete system preliminary and detailed design, including database design, to form the overall business blueprint and comprehensive solution.
  • Effectively transfer requirement and design specifications to R&D teams and supervise development progress.
  • Oversee and guide system training, deployment, go-live launch, and troubleshooting.
  • Verify system functions with customer stakeholders and complete formal acceptance confirmation.
  • Support pre-sales research, solution formulation, scope confirmation, manpower-day estimation, and technical boundary definition.

Krav

  • More than 5 years of working experience in manufacturing digitalization, MES, MOM, and smart manufacturing fields.
  • Fully participated in the delivery of at least 2 MES/MOM and smart factory projects.
  • Proven experience in delivering key outputs including requirement research, business blueprint design, solution design, functional specification drafting, and system acceptance work.
  • Capable of independently conducting research and solution communication with client key users covering production, quality, equipment, IT, and other departments.
  • Excellent documentation skills, able to compile or lead the drafting of requirement specifications, business blueprints, functional specifications, system design documents, test & acceptance materials, and PPT presentation files.
