Ansvarsområden

  • Lead end-to-end design of learning experiences from needs analysis to evaluation.
  • Partner with subject-matter experts to define performance needs and learning objectives.
  • Design learning journeys across live, digital, blended, and self-directed formats.
  • Create engaging learning materials including eLearning, facilitator guides, and micro-learning.
  • Use visual design and storytelling to clarify complex ideas and create Spotify-branded experiences.
  • Build interactive digital learning experiences using AI-assisted workflows and authoring tools.
  • Design inclusive learning experiences that reflect diverse perspectives and reduce barriers.
  • Pilot and iterate on learning experiences using learner feedback and data.
  • Define and evaluate measures of success, including effectiveness, knowledge transfer, and behavior change.
  • Manage multiple learning projects, ensuring clarity on priorities and timelines.
  • Explore and apply emerging learning design approaches like AI-assisted authoring and adaptive learning.

Krav

  • 5+ years of professional instructional design experience.
  • Portfolio demonstrating thoughtful work across multiple learning formats.
  • Apply learning science principles (cognitive load, retrieval practice, spaced learning, adult learning theory).
  • Ability to uncover learning and performance needs and translate them into measurable objectives.
  • Design learning journeys that build knowledge and skills over time.
  • Create meaningful practice through scenarios, simulations, and interactive experiences.
  • Strong visual and UX design judgment, understanding typography, hierarchy, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience with rapid authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, Lectora) and design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Ability to create clear storyboards, scripts, facilitator guides, and supporting materials.
  • Use learner feedback and data to evaluate effectiveness and iterate on work.
  • Communicate complex ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, balancing priorities, and taking ownership.
  • Experience in inclusive learning design, leadership development, learning technology, or video/animation.
  • Degree in instructional design, learning sciences, education, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience with SCORM/xAPI.
