All about the role:

Responsible for the Technical & Project Management of New product & components. Additionally analyses technical solutions with suppliers, factory, and other functions. Works autonomously, following established procedures and guidelines to contribute to improvement. Solves a range of straightforward to complex problems.

What you’ll do:

•     Delivery Project timing, investments, cost on time and on budget.
•      Validation and release of (mechanical) structural components within time frame, cost target, quality level, and process constrain.
•      Initiate technical Feasibility Study for The Projects with inputs in Business feasibility study
•      Analyze technical solutions with suppliers, product care and other involved functions
•      Discuss the Global RD , Supplier , Manufacturing ,QA ,Purchasing for product and component development to ensure clear direction and understanding of the desired result
•      Support the product care team in cost and quality improvement activities
•      Preparing product files (BOM, Drawings, Specs, Test Specs.) on Team Center.
•      Lead the project, define scope, develop plans, manage schedule, budget, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication.

Who you are:

Bachelor ’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or others related field.

8-12 years’ experience in relevant experience in new product development.

Experience of Project Management

Product Cost Understanding

Digital & Tool Knowledge ,Microsoft Project,Microsoft Planner,Excel for project tracking.

Product Development Process.

1. Leadership ,Lead cross-functional teams, Manage conflicts and decision-making.

2. Communication, Present project status clearly, Facilitate meetings effectively ,Communicate with stakeholders at all levels ,Prepare reports and presentations.

3. Planning,Define project scope and objectives, Create schedules and milestones ,Prioritize activities ,Manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

4. Risk Management, Identify potential risks ,Evaluate impact and probability

5. Stakeholder Management, Build strong relationships, Manage expectations, Negotiate priorities and resources.

6. Budget & Cost Management, Develop project budgets ,Track spending ,Analyze cost variances.

7. Problem Solving ,Analyze complex situations, Identify root causes, Develop practical solutions.

Where you’ll be:

You will be based at Rayong plant, Thailand. It will be necessary to be available for national and international traveling.
