Seeking a Senior Developer with ~4 years of ServiceNow experience to deliver configuration, catalog development, and workflow automation for ITSM modules. The role involves scripting, integrations, and adhering to Agile and ITIL practices.

Ansvarsområden

  • Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog).
  • Develop and maintain catalog items, record producers, workflows, and Flow Designer flows.
  • Write and debug client-side and server-side scripts using JavaScript/Glide API.
  • Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP web services and IntegrationHub.
  • Support CMDB updates, data imports, transform maps, and data quality corrections.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and notifications.
  • Manage update sets, promote changes, and support platform upgrades.
  • Perform unit testing/ATF validation and prepare technical documentation.
  • Provide L2/L3 development and enhancement support.
  • Follow Agile delivery practices and ITIL processes.

Krav

  • Around 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow development/administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog).
  • Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies/Actions, ACLs).
  • Hands-on experience with Flow Designer/Workflow, Service Catalog, and record producer development.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and update-set management.
  • Working knowledge of ITIL processes and Agile delivery.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Exposure to additional modules such as HRSD, ITOM (Discovery/Service Mapping) or CSM.
  • Experience with Service Portal/widget development (AngularJS, HTML, CSS).
  • Familiarity with IntegrationHub, MID Server, and ATF (Automated Test Framework).
  • Experience working in AMS/steady-state offshore delivery aligned to global business hours.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required/strongly preferred.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – preferred.
  • ITIL Foundation certification – an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related engineering discipline.
