Job Summary

The Senior Design Lead is responsible for overseeing multiple design teams, establishing organizational design standards, and driving innovation in the design process. This role ensures that design efforts significantly contribute to achieving business objectives by promoting user-centered design principles and aligning design strategies with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Utilize Expertise In Synthesis, Appraisal, And Stakeholder Analysis To Create User-Friendly Software And Products, Ensuring They Meet User Expectations And Deliver Seamless User Experiences.
2. Lead And Mentor A Team Of Designers, Providing Strategic Guidance And Support To Ensure The Delivery Of High-Quality Design Solutions Aligned With Business Objectives.
3. Present Innovative Design Concepts And Actively Contribute To Shaping The Overall Design Vision And Strategy, Ensuring Alignment With Organizational Goals.
4. Conduct Thorough Analysis Of Industry Trends And Emerging Technologies To Foster Innovation And Excellence In Design Practices, Promoting Continuous Improvement Within The Teams.

Skill Requirements

1. - Advanced Proficiency In Design Synthesis, Appraisal, And Stakeholder Analysis Techniques.
