Job Summary

The Senior Design Lead plays a pivotal role in overseeing multiple design teams to establish and uphold organizational design standards. Key Responsibilities

1. Leverage Product Design Expertise To Create Intuitive And User-Friendly Software Interfaces And Products, Ensuring Alignment With User Expectations And Contributing To Seamless User Experiences.
2. Lead And Mentor A Team Of Designers, Providing Strategic Guidance To Ensure The Delivery Of High-Quality Design Solutions That Align With Overarching Business Goals.
3. Present And Advocate For Design Concepts, Playing A Critical Role In Shaping The Overall Design Vision And Strategy Across Projects.
4. Stay Abreast Of Industry Trends And Emerging Technologies In Product Design, Utilizing This Knowledge To Drive Innovation And Excellence In Design Practices.
5. Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure That Design Solutions Adhere To Best Practices In Design For Manufacture And Assembly (Dfma), Optimizing Product Manufacturability And Cost Efficiency.
6. Implement Geometric Dimensioning And Tolerancing (Gd&T) Principles In Design Processes To Ensure Precise Communication Of Design Intent And Facilitate Manufacturing Accuracy.

Skill Requirements
