Seeking a Senior Design Lead with 7-10 years of experience in Analog/Mixed-Signal Circuit Design to join a team in Bangalore, India. This role involves working on various analog blocks, debugging, and supporting sign-off activities.

Ansvarsområden

  • Work closely with architecture, layout, verification, and system teams to deliver high-quality, silicon-proven designs.
  • Design operational amplifiers, comparators, bandgap references, LDO regulators, oscillators, PLL support circuits, charge pumps, and ADC/DAC sub-blocks.
  • Support mixed-signal co-simulation with digital RTL environments.
  • Debug simulation and convergence issues, identify root causes of failures, and perform design iterations.
  • Support sign-off activities including reliability and electrical checks.
  • Leverage design expertise to ensure software and products exhibit user-friendliness, intuitiveness, and alignment with user expectations.
  • Lead a team of designers, provide guidance, and ensure delivery of high-quality design solutions.
  • Present design concepts and shape the overall design vision and strategy.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Krav

  • 7-10 years of relevant industry experience in Analog/Mixed-Signal Circuit Design.
  • B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience in one or more of the following technologies is preferred: 180nm, 130nm, 90nm, 40nm.
  • Basic programming or scripting skills in one of SKILL / SHELL / PERL / TCL highly preferred.
  • Experience with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, HSPICE / PrimeSim, ADE XL / Explorer / Assembler.
  • Experience with Calibre is desired.
