As a Senior Design Lead, you will be responsible for Analog/Mixed-Signal Circuit Design, working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality silicon-proven designs. This role requires 7-10 years of industry experience and expertise in various analog circuits and simulation tools.

Ansvarsområden

Debug simulation and convergence issues.
Identify root causes of functional and performance failures.
Perform design iterations to meet specification targets.
Support sign-off activities including reliability and electrical checks.

Krav

7-10 years of relevant industry experience in Analog/Mixed-Signal Circuit Design.
Experience with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, HSPICE/PrimeSim, ADE XL/Explorer/Assembler.
Familiarity with Calibre is desired.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience in domains like Operational Amplifiers, Comparators, Bandgap References, LDO Regulators, Oscillators and PLL support circuits, Charge Pumps, ADC/DAC sub-blocks.
Support mixed-signal co-simulation with digital RTL environments.
Hands-on experience in one or more of the following technologies is preferred: 180nm, 130nm, 90nm, 40nm.
