Prime Video is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to develop a scalable data warehouse architecture and performant data models for its APAC and ANZ analytics ecosystem. This role involves working with large datasets, AWS cloud technologies (Spectrum, Redshift), big data processing, data modeling, and ETL pipeline development, with a focus on automation and optimization.

Ansvarsområden

  • Develop a scalable data warehouse architecture and performant data models.
  • Perform ETL processing of TBs of relational data.
  • Solve big data warehousing problems on a large scale using cloud-based AWS services.
  • Focus on automation and optimization for DW/ETL maintenance and deployment.
  • Work closely with business intelligence engineers, data scientists, and marketing/content acquisition teams.
  • Deliver actionable output through creative problem-solving.
  • Develop systems and tools to process data and analyze data.

Krav

  • 3+ years of data engineering experience
  • Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines
  • Experience in at least one modern scripting or programming language (Python, Java, Scala, or NodeJS)
  • Experience mentoring team members on best practices
  • Ability to write high quality, maintainable, and robust code (often in SQL)

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience with big data technologies such as: Hadoop, Hive, Spark, EMR
  • Experience operating large data warehouses
  • Experience with Amazon Redshift and other AWS technologies
