Senior CRM Developer - Consulting Assignment

Are you an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer looking for your next challenge? We at WeQuel are currently looking for a Senior CRM Developer for a consulting assignment with one of our clients in Stockholm/Södertälje. This is an exciting opportunity to join an agile product organization where you will play a key role in developing and maintaining a global CRM platform supporting business-critical processes.

As a consultant with us, you will have the opportunity to work with some of our clients who are leading companies within the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and industrial sectors, contributing to process optimization, implementation of new technologies, and the development of sustainable solutions.

About the Role

In this role, you will be part of a cross-functional product team responsible for the continued development, customization, integration, and support of a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Sales platform. You will collaborate closely with architects, developers, business analysts, testers, and product owners in an agile environment, contributing to both new functionality and continuous platform improvements.

The role combines hands-on development with technical design and integration work, where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable CRM solutions.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Develop, customize, and maintain solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Sales

• Design and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and business rules

• Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and surrounding systems

• Build and maintain solutions using .NET, C#, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript

• Develop and support Azure-based services and integrations

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines

• Collaborate closely with architects, testers, product owners, business analysts, and integration specialists

• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to solution architecture

• Ensure high quality, performance, and maintainability of CRM solutions

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 8+ years of experience developing solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE

• Has solid hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Sales

• Has extensive experience developing customizations, plugins, workflows, and business rules

• Has strong programming skills in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript

• Has hands-on experience working with Azure Function Apps, Service Bus, and Storage Accounts

• Has experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Azure DevOps

• Is independent, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership of technical solutions

• Is quality-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering robust and maintainable solutions

• Is collaborative, team-oriented, and enjoys working in agile, cross-functional environments

• Has a hands-on approach and enjoys solving complex technical challenges

• Is fluent in English, both written and spoken

Meritorious Experience

• Higher education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or another relevant field

• Experience developing system integrations

• Knowledge of Kafka

• Knowledge of Snowflake

• Knowledge of Confluent Cloud

• Knowledge of MS SQL

• Knowledge of WSO2

• Hands-on experience working with Azure DevOps
