Ansvarsområden

Ensuring contract and claim management methodologies align with the Contract Management Framework, best practices, and policies.
Analyzing contract terms to identify and address potential opportunities and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Developing contract management strategies aligned with ABB policies, customer needs, and execution strategy.
Enforcing ABB's contractual interests against customers and suppliers, including managing changes, deviations, and commercial claims.

Krav

Business and commercially driven, pragmatic mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
Aptitude for contract and risk management.
Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, Contract Management, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in international contract management within systems delivery for industrial customers or suppliers.
Proficient oral and written English and Spanish fluency.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and to ABB offices.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Other languages such as German are a strong plus.
