Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of o9 (DP/SP/S&OP) from blueprint to hypercare [RE: O9- Team - SRs | Outlook]
• Conduct discovery workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design [RE: O9- Team - SRs | Outlook]
• Configure planning workflows, KPI dashboards, and reporting solutions [RE: O9- Team - SRs | Outlook]
• Design data models, hierarchies, and ERP integration frameworks [RE: O9- Team - SRs | Outlook]
• Drive business simulations, UAT, regression testing, and cutover planning [RE: O9- Team - SRs | Outlook]
• Implement S&OP processes and scenario planning use cases [RE: O9- Team - SRs | Outlook]
• Optimize planning performance (solver efficiency, disaggregation logic) [RE: O9- Team - SRs | Outlook]
• Collaborate with business, IT, and data teams across geographies

Skills Required

• Strong hands-on experience in o9 DP/SP modules
• Deep expertise in Supply Chain Planning (Forecasting, Inventory, Replenishment)
• Experience in ERP integrations (SAP/Oracle)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

1. To develop and deliver detailed solutions through consulting project activities
2. To perform qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client-specific solutions -
3. To work with the team in implementing the solutions
4. To develop good practice and Serve as a subject matter expert
5. To design and structure reports and presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience -
6. To develop knowledge base by staying updated on industry best practices ,emerging trends and creating re-usable components.
