Ansvarsområden
- Provide L2 support for SAP FICO incidents and service requests, performing analysis and troubleshooting.
- Support business processes across Financial Accounting (FI) including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Financial Closing.
- Support Controlling (CO) processes such as Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
- Assist business users with transaction and process-related issues, and support financial closing activities.
- Prepare and execute test scripts for SIT, UAT, and regression testing, validating production deployments.
- Maintain knowledge articles, SOPs, runbooks, and document resolutions for recurring issues.
Krav
- 3 to 6 years of SAP FICO support experience.
- Experience in Application Managed Services (AMS) or production support environments.
- Understanding of core SAP FI and CO processes.
- Exposure to ticket management and ITIL processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a global support environment.
- Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing discipline.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- SAP FICO certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related discipline.
