Vattenfall is seeking a Senior Commercial & Contract Manager for their Offshore Wind Operations team. This role involves leading commercial and contractual management of offshore wind assets, driving strategic initiatives, and negotiating with suppliers. The position is based in Berlin, Hamburg, Amsterdam, or Kolding.

Ansvarsområden

  • Act as the senior commercial and contractual partner for assigned offshore wind assets.
  • Lead the commercial management of a portfolio of high-value operational contracts.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations, major contract amendments, claims, disputes, and other high-impact contractual matters.
  • Drive commercial performance by identifying opportunities to improve contract outcomes and reduce lifecycle costs.
  • Provide clear commercial, contractual, and financial recommendations.
  • Shape and continuously improve commercial governance, contract management standards, reporting, and best practices.
  • Coach and support commercial colleagues and act as a subject matter expert.

Krav

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Law, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in contract management, commercial management, procurement, supplier management, or a comparable commercial discipline.
  • Proven success leading complex commercial negotiations and managing high-value supplier and service agreements within asset-intensive industries.
  • Strong expertise in contract strategy, contract changes, claims management, dispute resolution, and commercial risk management.
  • Experience within offshore wind, renewable energy, utilities, maritime, infrastructure, oil & gas, or other complex operational environments.
  • The ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships across functions.
  • Native-level German and fluent English language skills.
