I korthet

As a Senior Cloud Operations Architect with AWS Enterprise Support in Helsinki, you will be a trusted advisor to large enterprise customers across the Nordics, driving operational excellence and maximizing their value from AWS services. This role involves strategic technical guidance, architectural reviews, and proactive risk mitigation, requiring deep technical expertise and strong stakeholder management skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide deep technical expertise across multiple domains for operational excellence in security, resilience, and efficiency.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (up to C-level) to drive AWS adoption and operational maturity.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Account Managers, and other internal teams to solve challenging business problems.
  • Own end-to-end customer technical support, designing long-term operational strategies with engineering teams.
  • Lead architectural reviews and workshops to advance customer technical objectives.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, driving efficiencies and simplification in customer operations.
  • Act as a thought leader, sharing best practices via blogs, whitepapers, and speaking events.
  • Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, and pre-launch planning.
  • Mentor and develop other TAMs, participate in hiring, and contribute to team standards.
  • Provide feedback to the TAM community and product teams on customer experiences.

Krav

  • 7+ years of experience in a technical role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Consultant, Solutions Architect, Platform Engineer, Systems Engineer, Cloud Architect).
  • Experience in operational parameters and troubleshooting for four (4) or more technical domains including Compute, Storage, Networking, CDN, Databases, DevOps, Big Data/Analytics, Security, Application Development, Scripting/Automation, Container technologies, or AI/ML.
  • Customer-facing experience with the ability to articulate to various audiences, including senior stakeholders (Director/VP/C-level).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Finnish fluency required.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Proficiency in professional oral and written communication, with a track record of presenting to decision-makers.
  • Track record in influencing management in technical, operational, and strategic decisions.
  • Experience in operational services or support environments.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services and/or other cloud offerings.
  • Experience helping customers design long-term operational strategies and making architectural trade-offs.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex engineering and system design problems.
  • AWS Certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional/Specialty) are highly desirable.
  • Danish language skills are a plus.
  • Experience working with large enterprise customers across the Nordics region.
  • Strong written communication skills and a proven track record of writing clear process and technical documentation.
  • Experience in a technical lead role in an enterprise or customer-facing environment.
