I korthet

As a Senior Cloud Network Engineer, you will design advanced network fabrics for AI workloads in Azure, ensuring high reliability and resilience. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, leading design reviews, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver world-class network solutions.

Ansvarsområden

  • Drive deep and complex partnerships with 3rd parties for seamless integration of network stacks with Azure.
  • Triage, troubleshoot, repair, and root cause service impact issues in physical network components and management tools.
  • Participate in on-call/DRI duties to resolve production incidents and provide guidance to other engineers.
  • Develop reliable, secure, scalable, and high-performance network designs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead design, network/code, test plan, and security reviews to identify risks and prevent bugs.
  • Articulate customer impact of design trade-offs and limitations of existing tools and resources.

Krav

  • Doctorate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR Master's Degree AND 3+ years technical experience in network design, development, and automation OR Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years technical experience in network design, development, and automation OR equivalent experience.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
  • Required to pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

  • 1+ year(s) experience delivering network designs into production.
  • Experience with live site accountability for a network.
