Nordea is seeking a Senior Cash Management Advisor to join their Sales team for Large Corporates in Stockholm, Gothenburg, or Malmö. This hybrid role involves shaping strategic Cash Management solutions, advising clients on liquidity, payments, and treasury, and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced financial environment.

Ansvarsområden

  • Drive Cash Management growth by identifying opportunities, shaping solutions and securing high-value mandates
  • Develop client-specific Cash Management strategies with Corporate Coverage
  • Lead senior treasury dialogues on liquidity, payments and transformation
  • Position Cash Management as a strategic value driver for key clients
  • Own commercial strategy, including pricing, negotiation and stakeholder alignment
  • Manage the opportunity pipeline to support planning, forecasting and growth priorities

Krav

  • Solid Cash Management experience
  • Proven ability to grow revenues through long-term client relationships
  • Strong understanding of Nordic and cross-border Cash Management needs for Large Corporates
  • Commercial mindset combined with a high level of integrity and client focus
  • Structured, proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable working towards sales targets in a collaborative environment
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is an advantage
  • Relevant university degree or equivalent experience
