Senior Business Specialist

Job Summary

Design, develop, test, and maintain integrations/services between application modules including in-house applications, commercial off-the-shelf software deployed in the organization, cloud solutions deployed/utilized by the organization and external third parties.Develop Workato recipes using trigger rules, mapping capabilities and existing connectors.Minimum 5 years of software or systems engineering experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience of Developing, configuring, deploying and supporting Workato recipes.Worked extensively with multiple interfaces implementation in Workato.Experience working with Integration Platforms such as, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft etc.Experience translating business requirements into technical requirements.Knowledge of Implementing Integration projects is a must.Strong working knowledge of Data Structure - JSON, CSV and flat files.Strong working knowledge of Relational Databases (e.g.MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).Ability to learn new concepts, technologies and solve problems.Knowledge of APIs - RESTful is a plus.Technical background or a good understanding of technology and industry trends, especially in the app integration space.Knowledge of Ruby programming is a plus.Experience working with cloud business apps like NetSuite / Salesforce/ Concur / ServiceNow is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

1. To integrate/re-engineer / design process(s) to maximize the adoption and usage of pre-delivered Best Practices /Standard Functionalities
2. To evaluate & recommend different appropriate product solutions based on customer requirements.
3. To identify and facilitate customer to implement organizational changes required for effective business product Implementation
4. To design and conduct solution workshop(s) to get early buy-in from the relevant stakeholders and thereby also identify additional opportunities to engage with the client
5. To develop and guide others for their career progression
6. To continually update oneself for developing self; contribute to business cases| market collaterals etc.
