We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst/Product Analyst to support AI transformation in the Banking and Financial Services sector. The role involves driving business analysis for AI projects, gathering requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to define AI solutions. This position requires strong domain expertise in areas like Payments or Investment Banking.

Ansvarsområden

  • Drive end-to-end business analysis for AI and digital transformation projects.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, business stakeholders, and technology teams.
  • Contribute to AI solution definition using system thinking and domain expertise.
  • Support product development lifecycle activities including prioritization, backlog management, and roadmap planning.
  • Participate in UI/UX discussions and provide input on product design.
  • Ensure alignment of business requirements with regulatory, risk, and operational objectives.

Krav

  • 8+ years of Business Analysis experience within Banking and Financial Services.
  • Strong domain knowledge in Payments, Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, or Regulatory Reporting.
  • Expertise in Lending & Limits Management, Loans, Trading, Middle Office & Back Office Operations, Trade Finance (LC/BG), or Financial Risk Reporting.
  • Proven experience creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), User Stories, Product Backlogs, and Product Roadmaps.
  • Experience with Jira preferred.
  • Understanding of Product Management practices and Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Hands-on exposure to UI analysis and basic product development concepts.
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology and AI solutions.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • CBAP, Agile Product Owner, or related certifications are desirable but not mandatory.
  • Experience in AI, Machine Learning, Analytics, or Data-driven transformation initiatives is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic and business-oriented mindset.
