I korthet

We are seeking a Senior Business Specialist with strong experience in the lending domain, preferably with ACBS, to support requirement analysis, solution design, and delivery for corporate/commercial lending initiatives. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements across the lending lifecycle, translating them into functional specifications, and acting as a liaison between business, product, and technology teams.

Ansvarsområden

  • Gather, analyze, and document requirements across the lending lifecycle (origination, servicing, syndication, repayments).
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.
  • Act as a bridge between business, product, and technology teams.
  • Support impact analysis, UAT planning, test case reviews, and production readiness.
  • Participate in workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk-related requirements within lending systems.
  • Integrate/re-engineer/design processes to maximize adoption of pre-delivered Best Practices/Standard Functionalities.
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate product solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Identify and facilitate customer implementation of organizational changes for effective business product implementation.
  • Design and conduct solution workshop(s) for early buy-in and opportunity identification.
  • Develop and guide others for career progression.
  • Continually update oneself for self-development and contribute to business cases/market collaterals.

Krav

  • Strong experience in the lending domain.
  • Prior experience working on ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System) will be a strong added advantage.
