The Senior Business Program Manager, Security Strategy will drive deal-making strategies and support the global Deal Desk community at Microsoft. This role involves influencing product pricing, building deal guidance, and ensuring global readiness for security products.

Ansvarsområden

  • Serve as the single point of contact for strategic partnerships across stakeholders for the Deal Desk.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Microsoft's security products, influencing pricing and empowerment strategies.
  • Build and deliver deal-making guidance and manage feedback loops to identify business blockers and design solutions.
  • Assist team members in closing challenging deals by providing expertise on offerings, pricing, competitors, and operational considerations.
  • Deliver ongoing proactive readiness to the global team on new services and strategies.
  • Partner across the company to build strategy and enable the Deal Desk in contracting and delivering advanced solutions.
  • Develop trusted relationships across the organization, advocating for the Deal Desk.

Krav

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in program management, process management, or process improvement, OR equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive for results.
  • Ability to influence without authority.

  • Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years of experience in program management, process management, or process improvement, OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years of experience in program management, process management, or process improvement, OR equivalent experience.

Förmåner

  • The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $97,600 - $188,400 per year.
  • For specific work locations within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range is USD $125,000 - $206,400 per year.
  • Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
