As a Senior Business Process Cloud Solution Architect, you will empower organizations by implementing AI-first business solutions with Dynamics 365 and Copilot capabilities. This remote, full-time role focuses on technical and business relationships, driving customer success and AI transformation.

Ansvarsområden

Act as the voice of the customer/partner, sharing feedback with Engineering and Product teams.
Serve as a trusted advisor, translating customer problems into business application solutions aligned with Microsoft's strategy.
Drive positive customer satisfaction and build trusted advisor relationships by leveraging AI Business Process expertise.
Provide feedback and insights from customers to relevant Microsoft teams for continuous improvement.
Deliver solutions using company methodologies to support customer readiness and goals, driving adoption and consumption.
Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate blockers to accelerate solution deployment and usage.
Identify new opportunities for consumption, usage, and expansion by communicating Microsoft's value proposition.
Operate with operational excellence and proven practice standards throughout all sales stages.
Role model technical readiness and influence the team to drive their own technical readiness.
Contribute to the development and modification of structured frameworks and methodologies.
Demonstrate strong industry knowledge and increase recognition for Microsoft AI Business Process solutions.
Contribute to intellectual property and identify patterns to build scalable and repeatable models.

Krav

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
Authorization to work in the United States that does not now or in the future require employer sponsorship.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 6+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
4+ years experience working on technical projects.
Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
Experience with Agentic AI, Copilot Studio or Agent building.
Specialization in Dynamics 365 CRM-related Apps (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service), Low Code Agent Development, and/or Power Platform.
Experience with Dataverse germane to the CRM related Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Apps, Power Automate, and embedded Copilot experiences across D365 CRM Apps including Sales Copilot, Service Copilot, and Dynamics 365 Copilot.

USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year (US-wide base pay range)
USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year (San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area base pay range)
