I korthet

We are seeking a Senior Business Architect in Södertälje for a consulting assignment focused on global production development within the manufacturing and automotive industry. The role involves translating business needs into sustainable processes and IT solutions, driving transformation, and collaborating with various stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Ansvarsområden

  • Own and develop the Business Architecture within Shopfloor IT / Production Execution.
  • Translate business needs into sustainable processes, information flows, and IT solutions.
  • Identify and develop improvement opportunities across business processes, information flows, and IT support.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives, IT initiatives, and the target architecture.
  • Connect current-state needs, future target states, and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Process Owners.
  • Contribute to and direct the initiative portfolio within the assigned area.
  • Conduct analyses, discovery activities, gap analyses, and pre-studies.
  • Develop visualizations and decision-support material.
  • Facilitate discussions and decision-making across business and IT stakeholders.

Krav

  • Strong business experience and solid understanding of operational environments and business processes.
  • Relevant academic degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written.
  • Good understanding of IT terminology, IT environments, and business systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure complex and abstract information, and to visualize and communicate processes and dependencies clearly.
  • Experience working at the intersection of business and IT, including analyses, discovery work, gap analyses, and/or pre-studies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience facilitating discussions and workshops across functions and organizational levels.
  • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented, with the ability to work both strategically and close to the operational business.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Previous experience within Business Architecture, business process and/or information modelling.
  • Experience from Shopfloor IT, Production Execution, manufacturing, or similar industrial environments.
