Seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 5-8 years of experience in the Payments domain, including expertise in Cross-Border Payments, SEPA Payments, and the Payment Processing Lifecycle. The role requires strong Business Analysis skills like BRD and FSD creation, and proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Ansvarsområden

  • Prepare the functional specification document and ensure for completeness and storage.
  • Understand business requirements and map it to functional specifications.
  • Participate and facilitate the walkthrough to brief the functional specification mapping to business requirements.
  • Prepare and/or aid the preparation of test cases in line with functional requirements.
  • Suggest design solutions.

Krav

  • 5-8 years of Business Analysis experience in the Payments domain.
  • Strong knowledge of Cross-Border Payments, SEPA Payments, Payment Processing Lifecycle, Clearing and Settlement, Payment Investigations and Exceptions, Reconciliation Processes.
  • Hands-on experience with ISO 20022 message standards including payment message flows and structures.
  • Strong experience in Impact Analysis, Requirement Elicitation, BRD Creation, FSD Creation, User Story Writing, Feature Mapping, Gap Analysis, Process Mapping, Acceptance Criteria Definition.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
