Senior Business Analyst - Data Analysis, Agile Methodology

Job Summary

Experience NeededNeed to have at least 5+ yrs. experience working as an independent Business Analyst deciding how IT systems should match business processes and having a mandate to request & evaluate software changes. Need to have experience designing, owning complex software systems.according to modern architecture (SPA js-based frontend, microservices, cloud)Need to be aware of transaction management, observability, monitoring of services.Need to have at least basic JAVA+SQL knowledge and be able to analyse data flow and business processes based on existing code and data. 
(can be a full stack developer – 1FTE with hands on experience working with legacy Java/JSP systems and modern architecture)Need to have experience in working with designing/setting requirements for modern SPA frontend & creating test case scenarios.  Need to have at least 2 past assignments where he/she has actively contributed to developing large and complex applications from scratch.Need to interface with stakeholders and drive requirements, estimations, reviews. Need to have worked with Agile SCRUM team & have an agile mindset. Experience with Agile tools (Azure DevOps)Experience with working in teams with DevSecOps responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct thorough data analysis to support strategic decision-making processes
2. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
3. Utilize agile methodology to facilitate project planning, execution, and delivery
4. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements
5. Prepare and present reports and recommendations based on data analysis findings
6. Collaborate with it teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
7. Participate in user acceptance testing (uat) and provide support during implementation phase
8. Stay updated on industry best practices in data analysis, business analysis, and agile methodologies

Other Requirements
