The Senior Business Analyst at HCL will leverage data analysis and Agile methodology to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and provide insights for business decisions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure successful project delivery.

Ansvarsområden

  • Conduct thorough data analysis to support strategic decision-making processes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Utilize agile methodology to facilitate project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements.
  • Prepare and present reports and recommendations based on data analysis findings.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during the implementation phase.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices in data analysis, business analysis, and agile methodologies.

Krav

  • Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of business processes.
  • Experience in agile methodology, including scrum and kanban frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification preferred.
