About this opportunity:

Join our team at Ericsson in the vital role of Automation Engineer (AE). The AE will automate tasks identified and outlined in the customer's managed services delivery scope, following approved requirements and the high-level design (HLD) document. This pivotal role ensures the delivered automations function properly and meet the overall requirements and customer's expectations.

What you will do:

- Develop, program, and test automation systems.

- Keep updated with the latest developments in automation technology to improve productivity and achieve cost savings across operations.

- Diagnose and repair bugs within the production code.

- Contribute to the creation of high level/low level design (HLD/LLD) specifications and other relevant documentation.

- Coordinate requirements gathering and sign-offs, ensuring use cases accurately portray business needs.

- Participate in all project phases, contribute to project planning and provide automation implementation leadership.
