Team AiRES is seeking a Senior Applied Scientist in Bengaluru, Karnataka, with a strong background in machine learning and deep learning. You will develop and deploy advanced ML, Gen AI, and predictive models to drive business and operational improvements within AWS Support. The role involves full-cycle development, from conception to maintenance, and collaboration with various teams.

Ansvarsområden

Develop advanced ML solutions, Gen AI products, predictive models, and optimization algorithms.
Drive business and operational improvements through statistics, machine learning, and deep learning.
Establish scalable, efficient, and automated processes for data analysis, model development, and validation.
Serve as a key scientific resource in full-cycle development.
Research, design, and develop new AI technologies for personalization.
Adopt or invent new machine learning and analytical techniques in recommendations and large language models.
Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and product partners.
Invent, experiment with, and launch new features.
Iterate models and stay up-to-date on the latest Data Science ecosystem enhancements.
Accelerate development of multimodal Large Language Models and Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions.
Own the end-to-end development and deployment at scale of Generative AI and ML solutions.
Partner with data engineering, Tooling team, operations, Training, Customer Service, Capacity planning and finance teams.

Krav

3+ years of building machine learning models for business application experience
PhD, or Master's degree and 6+ years of applied research experience
Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning
Experience with large scale machine learning systems such as profiling and debugging and understanding of system performance and scalability
4+ years of applied research experience

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience with modeling tools such as R, scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, MxNet, Tensorflow, numpy, scipy etc.
Experience in applied research
