Tetra Pak seeks an experienced Senior Application Technologist to lead dairy membrane filtration development. This role involves driving innovation, collaborating with global partners, and solving complex processing challenges to create next-generation dairy ingredients and products.
Ansvarsområden
- Lead technology and application development projects for milk, whey, and dairy ingredient processing.
- Drive innovation in membrane filtration technologies (ultrafiltration, microfiltration, nanofiltration, reverse osmosis).
- Develop and validate new process concepts, applications, and product opportunities.
- Serve as a technical authority for membrane filtration within Tetra Pak.
- Collaborate with customers globally to solve processing challenges and optimize production.
- Transform pilot and industrial-scale test results into commercial solutions.
- Develop and improve application models, process design guidelines, and technical documentation.
- Support sales, engineering, and project execution teams with application expertise.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues.
Krav
- MSc or PhD in Dairy Technology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in dairy processing and membrane filtration.
- Strong practical experience with milk and whey processing applications.
- Deep understanding of membrane technologies and their industrial application.
- Experience working with dairy product applications such as protein concentration, fractionation, and purification.
- Strong data analysis and experimental design capabilities.
- Experience translating technical findings into business value and customer solutions.
- Ability to influence technical decisions across functions and cultures.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
