- Proficiency in designing and developing solutions using Appian, including business processes, integrations, and user interfaces.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience in leading agile projects.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction and team collaboration.
- Problem-solving skills to analyze complex technical issues and propose informed solutions.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
