Emerson is looking for a Senior Analyzer Field Technician in Houston, TX to provide hands-on service for Flow and Quality Measurement solutions, ensuring safe and efficient operations. The role involves performing field services, assisting with testing, consulting with teams, and staying technically proficient in new products. This hybrid position requires a HS Diploma or AAS degree with significant related experience and up to 50% domestic travel.

Ansvarsområden

Perform demand and contract field services, including emergency and scheduled maintenance for Analytical products like CEMs, DeNOx, Gas Purity, and Combustion Control.
Assist with Factory Checkout (FCO), Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
Consult with factory and service centers to deliver technical solutions and collaborate with Sales and Business Development for customer solutions.
Support technical training and post-sale service planning with customers.
Develop and refine procedures for product startup and troubleshooting, resolving customer issues.
Manage overhead, travel, and expenses responsibly, adhering to safety and company regulations.
Act as the communication point between customers and the business for warranty issues.
Stay technically proficient on new products and enhancements within Analytical and Detection product lines.

Krav

HS Diploma + 3 years or AAS Degree + no experience
Five to 10 years of related experience
Travel required up to 50% domestically
International travel might be required, on occasion
Legal authorization to work in the United States

Önskade kvalifikationer

Ten (10) years of experience related with Analytical Process Gas Systems and/or Analytical Gas Products
Experience with Analytical Process Gas and Liquid applications, such as Emissions Monitoring (CEMs), DeNOx, Gas Purity, and Combustion Control
Experience with Sampling Handling Systems and Data Acquisition
Understanding of Modbus protocol and network communications
