- Prepare and issue invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile billing accounts, tracking and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of billing transactions, updating customer accounts and processing payments.
- Generate reports on billing activities.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to resolve billing inquiries promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to billing.
Krav
- Proficient in billing and invoicing processes and tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analytics and business intelligence.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and month-end activities.
- Excellent service mindset and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
- B.Com/Bba or equivalent graduation is required.
