The Senior Analyst – Order Management is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, resolving escalations, and driving process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage end-to-end order processing including order entry, validation, fulfillment, and invoicing
  • Review and validate customer orders for completeness and accuracy
  • Coordinate with sales, finance, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution
  • Handle order-related escalations and provide timely resolution
  • Monitor order queues and ensure SLA adherence
  • Perform root cause analysis on order issues and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems
  • Support audits and compliance requirements
  • Provide regular reports and insights on order performance metrics
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
  • 6-9 years of experience in order management, customer operations, or supply chain
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in shared services or global delivery environment
  • Knowledge of order-to-cash (O2C) processes
  • Exposure to automation tools or process improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma)
