Ericsson is seeking a Senior AI-ML Engineer in Bangalore to design and develop AI/ML capabilities for their products, focusing on automation, analytics, and GenAI. This role involves driving innovation, providing technical leadership, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to realize AI-driven business opportunities. Experience in Python, cloud-native environments, and a solid understanding of ML and Generative AI are essential.

Ansvarsområden

  • Design and develop AI/ML capabilities for Ericsson products, including intelligent automation, operational analytics and GenAI-powered solutions.
  • Apply AI to improve software engineering productivity through automation, knowledge management and developer-assistance solutions.
  • Drive innovation from concept through deployment, transforming research ideas into production-ready capabilities.
  • Provide technical leadership in AI/ML, influencing product strategy, architecture and technology direction.
  • Collaborate with product management, architects and engineering teams to identify and realise AI-driven business opportunities.

Krav

  • Experience 7 to 10 Years.
  • Strong software engineering experience, preferably in Python and cloud-native environments.
  • Solid understanding of Machine Learning, Generative AI and data-driven systems.
  • Experience building scalable applications, APIs and distributed systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle ambiguous challenges.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and technical leadership skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Familiarity with AI evaluation, safety and reliability techniques.
  • Experience with vector databases and semantic search technologies.
  • Exposure to Kubernetes, cloud platforms and modern AI tooling.
  • Knowledge of telecom networks, OSS/BSS or network management systems.
