Seeking a Senior Administrator with 3-5 years of experience in Saviynt identity and access management (IAM) solutions. Ansvarsområden

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Saviynt's platform.
  • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to address IAM challenges and provide solutions.
  • Manage and maintain Saviynt's IAM systems and configurations.
  • Resolve escalated tickets including user access issues, provisioning issues, and configuration errors.
  • Implement minor configuration changes, such as modifying workflows or updating roles.
  • Run access recertification campaigns and generate ad hoc reports.
  • Support application onboarding by performing testing and resolving issues.
  • Monitor and analyze logs for errors and troubleshoot Saviynt EIC issues.
  • Customize reports as per requirement.
  • Automate IAM processes and tasks using scripting languages and tools.

Krav

  • 3-5 years of experience in supporting Saviynt identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
  • Profound knowledge of Saviynt's IAM platform, configurations, and integrations.
  • Familiarity with IAM technologies, concepts, and best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saviynt connectors and their configurations.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within Saviynt.
  • Proficiency in managing and maintaining Saviynt's IAM systems.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages and tools for automating IAM processes.
  • Strong understanding of access control, security protocols, and IAM administration.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, and other authentication protocols.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • University degree in IT or IT Security.
  • Saviynt L100 & L200 trainings (Preferred).
