Ansvarsområden

  • Support Saviynt identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
  • Resolve complex technical issues related to Saviynt's IAM platform.
  • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to address IAM challenges.
  • Manage and maintain Saviynt IAM systems and configurations.
  • Resolve tickets escalated from L1/help desk including user access and provisioning issues.
  • Implement minor configuration changes such as modifying workflows or updating roles.
  • Run access recertification campaigns and generate ad hoc reports.
  • Support AD-based and out-of-the-box application onboarding.
  • Work closely with L3 resources for escalated issues.
  • Assist in knowledge sharing and training on Saviynt's IAM platform.
  • Run health checks and share reports.
  • Participate in requirement gathering activities.
  • Work on integration/connector related issues with L3 resources.
  • Monitor/analyze logs for errors and troubleshoot Saviynt EIC issues.
  • Customize reports as per requirement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and access control requirements are met.
  • Utilize scripting languages and tools to automate IAM processes.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of IAM support processes.

  • Saviynt identity and access management (IAM) solutions
  • Java
  • Experience resolving complex technical issues related to IAM platforms.
  • Experience managing and maintaining IAM systems and configurations.
  • Experience resolving escalated tickets, including user access and provisioning issues.
  • Familiarity with modifying workflows and updating roles.
  • Experience running access recertification campaigns.
  • Ability to generate ad hoc reports.
  • Experience supporting application onboarding and testing.
  • Experience collaborating with L3 support for escalated issues.
  • Experience with log monitoring, debugging, and troubleshooting IAM errors.
  • Experience with scripting languages and automation tools for IAM processes.
  • Strong customer service and technical support skills.
  • Understanding of security, compliance, and access control requirements.
