Senior Network Administrator with 5+ years of experience in LAN/WAN, data, and security management. Responsibilities include leading the network track, incident/change/problem management, and troubleshooting Cisco routing, switching, firewalls, and wireless technologies. Experience with Cisco ACI, Nexus platforms, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and cloud integration (AWS) is required.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage and lead Network Data and Security track, handling Incident, Change, and Problem management.
  • Act as the first level escalation point for incidents, changes, and problems.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Routing, Switching, Firewalls, and Wireless devices.
  • Implement and manage Cisco ACI.
  • Review network maintenance, device upgrades, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.
  • Manage Wifi products like Cisco WLC and Access Points.
  • Review performance, ensuring service availability and reliability.
  • Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
  • Provide Level-3 support and troubleshooting for network issues.
  • Adhere to configuration and change management policies.
  • Liaise with vendors and IT personnel for problem resolution.
  • Support DR tests and failover from the WAN perspective.
  • Provide network engineering support and training to team members.
  • Manage devices via Cisco Prime Infrastructure and manage DNS records with a third-party vendor.
  • Manage and review CMDB on Snow.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Cisco ASA, Checkpoint Firewalls, McAfee Web gateway, Barracuda Email security, and Thales Key management.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis for major incidents.
  • Configure changes on firewalls to meet organizational security requirements.
  • Integrate firewalls into AWS cloud environments.
  • Create and maintain firewall rules, policies, and objects using Checkpoint Management Server.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to other IT team members.
  • Ensure customer environments are up-to-date with the latest Palo Alto Networks technologies and best practices.

Krav

  • 5+ Years Network Data & Security experience.
  • CCNP- Routing and switching or equivalent certification.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Extensive knowledge of LAN and WAN technologies.
  • Excellent exposure to current Leaf>Spine>Leaf architectures, validated designs, and methodologies.
  • Excellent knowledge of dynamic routing protocols: Eigrp, OSPF, iBGP, eBGP.
  • Excellent exposure to Nexus 2/3/5/7/9K platforms.
  • Excellent exposure to DNS, DHCP & IPAM.
  • Strong experience in managing Nexus/Cisco switches with FEX, VPC, VXLAN, VDC's.
  • Experience with Routers, switches, HSRP, VRRP & GLBP redundancy protocols, Firewalls.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for network & security related issues.
  • Experience in monitoring tools like Solar Winds, thousand eye.
  • Experience in Infoblox.
  • Experience in Load balancers such F5(LTM, GTM).
  • Experience integrating firewalls into AWS cloud environments.
  • Experience creating and maintaining firewall rules, policies, and objects using centralized management tools (Checkpoint Mgmt. server).
  • Experience making customer environments stay up to date with the latest Palo Alto Networks technologies and best practices.
