We are seeking a skilled SCCM + Intune Engineer to join our IT team in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune environments. This role requires in-depth understanding of SCCM and Intune to support complex, enterprise-level solutions and will involve collaboration with various IT teams to ensure seamless device management, software deployment, security, and compliance.

Ansvarsområden

  • Design, implement, and maintain SCCM and Intune environments, including upgrades, patches, and new features.
  • Manage and automate software deployments, patching, and configurations using SCCM and Intune.
  • Oversee and troubleshoot operating system deployments (OSD) and application packaging using SCCM.
  • Ensure device compliance and security policies are applied correctly through Intune and SCCM.
  • Collaborate with IT security teams to implement and monitor security policies and endpoint protection.
  • Perform regular health checks, reporting, and capacity planning for SCCM and Intune infrastructure.
  • Provide technical support and guidance for Level 1 and 2 engineers and collaborate with them to resolve escalated issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to SCCM and Intune configuration, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement continuous improvement processes for SCCM and Intune services.
  • Manage hybrid environments and support both on-premises and cloud-based solutions.
  • Work with various business units to understand their needs and implement SCCM/Intune solutions that meet those requirements.
  • Stay current with updates and best practices related to SCCM, Intune, and Microsoft 365.

Krav

  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with operating system deployment (OSD) and task sequencing using SCCM.
  • Familiarity with Intune mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
  • Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, VBScript) for automation of deployment and management tasks.
  • Experience with co-management (SCCM and Intune) and hybrid environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in enterprise-level environments.
  • Experience with security and compliance policies (e.g., BitLocker, conditional access policies).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, or equivalent.
  • Experience with third-party patch management tools.
  • Understanding of other endpoint management tools like VMware Workspace ONE, Jamf, etc.
