  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex tickets within agreed SLAs and maintain a strong security posture.
  • Contribute to knowledge base updates and management, and coach analysts to enhance team capabilities.
  • Adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements while delivering support.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by achieving first call resolution, minimizing rejected resolutions, and preventing case reopens.

Krav

  • Proficiency in IaaS on Azure and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
  • Solid understanding of Azure Kubernetes and Windows Azure PaaS/IaaS.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in a support environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality standards in technical support.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (Optional but valuable).
  • Hashicorp Certified: Terraform Associate (Optional but valuable).
