I korthet

We are seeking a Senior Administrator with expertise in Microsoft Intune and Windows patch management for an on-site role in Noida, India. This position involves managing and supporting the organization’s Microsoft Intune environment for Windows Devices, including deployment and maintenance of policies, configurations, and applications on Windows 11 OS. Knowledge of MS-Graph and Power-BI is an added advantage.

Ansvarsområden

  • Assists customers with Client Life Cycle support around Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Management.
  • Manages and supports the organization’s Microsoft Intune environment for Windows Devices.
  • Ensures successful deployment and maintenance of Intune policies, configurations, and applications on Windows 11 OS.
  • Works closely with the Workplace Engineering team and stakeholders.
  • Handles Autopilot support for Windows 10 provisioning.

Krav

  • Primary: Windows and Patch management
  • Good knowledge & experience in Intune administration.
  • Knowledge of security best practices.
  • Experience in Windows management.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and self-motivating.
  • Ability to provide consistent, excellent customer support.

  • Knowledge on MS-Graph and Power-BI will be an added advantage.
