  • Implement best practices in GCP support operations, adhering to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Provide advanced technical support for complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions for technical and security issues in GCP.
  • Engage in value-adding activities such as knowledge base management, training new team members, and coaching analysts on GCP best practices.
  • Resolve complex support tickets within agreed SLAs, collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless operations and a robust security posture in GCP.
  • Foster a positive customer experience and improve CSAT metrics through first call resolution, minimizing re-opened cases, and actively mitigating security threats.

Krav

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and architecture.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in cloud environments, with a focus on incident resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Familiarity with cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in knowledge management and training methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect is optional but valuable.
