Ansvarsområden

  • Manage and configure Zscaler ZIA and ZPA policies for internet and private application access.
  • Implement URL filtering, SSL inspection, DLP and Zero Trust access controls.
  • Troubleshoot user access, authentication, and connectivity issues in Zscaler.
  • Manage FortiGate firewalls including security policies, NAT, and VPN configurations.
  • Perform firmware upgrades, patching, and configuration compliance using FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer.
  • Monitor and secure WAN/LAN/VPN traffic ensuring compliance with security policies.
  • Handle L3 troubleshooting for firewall, VPN, and secure connectivity issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and incident trend analysis.
  • Support audits, compliance reporting, and security log analysis.
  • Monitor network security events using logging and monitoring tools.
  • Coordinate with OEM vendors (Fortinet, Zscaler) and telecom providers.
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and governance reports.
  • Provide L2-level support, engineering, and optimization for enterprise network security services including Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA, SASE) and Fortinet firewalls.
  • Ensure secure and policy-driven connectivity across WAN, LAN, and VPN environments.
