Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Windows systems, using English and Arabic for communication.
Perform root cause analysis for escalated incidents and implement solutions for technical and security issues.
Update and manage technical knowledge bases in English and Arabic.
Coach and train new support analysts on Windows operations.
Resolve complex tickets within SLAs and collaborate with internal teams.
Ensure positive customer experience through first call resolution and proactive threat mitigation.
