Ansvarsområden

Deliver, install, and configure desktop assets, laptops, and peripherals for end users.
Arrange shipment, collection, and tracking of IT equipment.
Provide desktop incident and service request support for onsite and remote users.
Build, image, configure, and deploy desktops and laptops.
Assist with office relocations, workstation setup, cabling, patching, and user moves.
Support corporate mobile devices and related applications.
Support meeting room hardware and collaboration technologies.
Assist users with enterprise applications and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Maintain and manage local IT asset inventory, hardware warehouse, and storage facilities.
Act as the local point of contact for other IT teams (Network, Server, Security, Infrastructure).
Provide regular status updates and reporting to team leads and management.
Perform physical handling, movement, installation, and storage of IT equipment.
Adhere to IT processes, policies, standards, and procedures.
Setup, configure, and troubleshoot meeting room audio/video conferencing systems and collaboration tools.
Utilize ServiceNow for incident, request, and asset management.
Work independently and collaborate with team members.
Provide onsite technical support with a customer-focused culture.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
Maintain accurate documentation, asset records, and knowledge base updates.

Krav

5 to 6 years of experience in Desktop Support, End User Computing (EUC), or IT Support Services.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and desktop hardware support.
Experience with PC imaging, deployment, troubleshooting, hardware break-fix, and asset lifecycle management.
Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
Experience supporting mobile devices, meeting room technologies, and remote users.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and within a global support environment.
