Ansvarsområden

  • Implement best practices in Zscaler and Palo Alto environments.
  • Provide advanced support for complex incidents, performing root cause analysis.
  • Contribute to knowledge base management by documenting solutions and creating training materials.
  • Resolve complex support tickets within agreed SLAs.
  • Enhance customer experience and improve Csat metrics.

Krav

  • Proficiency in Zscaler, Palo Alto, and related security technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective knowledge transfer and customer interaction.
  • Familiarity with incident management processes and ticketing systems.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Zscaler Certified Professional (optional but valuable)
  • Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) (optional but valuable)
